About Dr. Inman
Dr. Inman was born in Pinehurst, NC into a military family. Quickly learning that home is where the heart is, she has called many places along the east coast home. Her new home is here in Corpus Christi, TX. After completing an undergraduate degree in theater and dance, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Dr. Inman spent several years in small theater groups in Raleigh, NC as well as developing skills in graphic arts and marketing. While working on a marketing project at Nortel Networks in Research Triangle Park, NC., Dr. Inman felt a great desire to learn and practice medicine. Heeding the call, Dr. Inman returned to school while becoming both a Lamaze instructor and a Doula. Three years later she gained entrance to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. It was there that she fell in love with the specialty of Ob/Gyn. As a 2nd year medical student Dr. Inman recieved the honor of the Wyeth's President's Presenters Award for original research at the Society of Gynecologic Investigator's annual meeting. She also received honors for performance in the Surgery and Medicine rotations during 3rd year of medical school. Dr. Inman received excellent surgical and obstetrical training at Memorial University Medical Center, Mercer University School of Medicine in beautiful Savannah, GA. Under the guidance of the late Don Gallup, MD and others, she learned the art and science of the skillful and compassionate care of women. Dr. Inman's philosophy is that with passion, hard work and prayer anyone can realize his or her full potential in life. It is her hope to foster good health and self-esteem in her patients and colleagues in the years to come.
